It is a type of valve that is constructed using a monel which is a high-performance alloy that offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and various harsh environments, designed for controlling the flow of fluids in high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. This valve has a spherical ball with the hole which rotates within the valve body and controls the flow of fluids. When the ball’s hole aligns with the valve body’s inlet and outlet ports, the fluid can flow freely, and when the ball is rotated to block the ports, it stops the flow.
