Function & Working

Plug valves operate by rotating a tapered or cylindrical plug with a bore through it. When aligned with the pipeline, fluid flows through the bore; rotating the plug 90 degrees blocks the flow. The simplicity of design ensures fast operation, reduced torque requirements, and reliable sealing.
