SS304 Bellows Seal Globe Valve – Austenitic Stainless Zero-Emission Design

SS304 bellows seal globe valves feature Type 304 austenitic stainless steel bodies, bonnets, and trim combined with hermetically welded 304 stainless bellows, creating complete stainless wetted construction with zero fugitive emissions. This all-stainless configuration suits African pharmaceutical water systems, food & beverage processing, and chemical applications requiring both corrosion resistance and emissions compliance where carbon steel construction suffers rapid deterioration and mixed-metallurgy designs create galvanic corrosion concerns.

The Type 304 material (CF8 cast grade) provides excellent corrosion resistance for non-chloride environments including potable water, food contact surfaces, and pharmaceutical water-for-injection (WFI) systems meeting USP standards.
