What is a 1 Piece Ball Valve?

The 1 Piece Ball Valve is a rotary valve specifically designed to initiate or stop the flow of fluid by the rotating motion of a ball that has a hole bored through its middle. The rotation of the ball through 90 degrees will align the hole with the pipe in order to facilitate the flow of the fluid, or position the hole perpendicularly with respect to the pipe in order to stop the flow.
