ANSI Class 150-600 (PN16-PN100) at room temperature: Class 150 (275 PSI), Class 300 (720 PSI), Class 600 (1440 PSI). Titanium maintains strength at elevated temperatures with superior corrosion resistance
Temperature Range
Extended Range: -196°C to 315°C (-320°F to 600°F). Excellent cryogenic performance for LNG service. High temperature capability for seawater desalination and chemical processing applications
Material Construction
Body: Titanium Grade 2 (ASTM B348) with enhanced corrosion resistance
Ball: Solid titanium Grade 2 with precision lapping
Seats: Virgin PTFE or PEEK for chemical compatibility
Stem: Titanium Grade 2 with anti-galling finish
Seals: Viton FKM or FFKM for aggressive media
Bolting: Titanium Grade 2 or Super Duplex for marine environments
Connection Type
End Connections: RF Flanged (ANSI B16.5), RTJ Flanged, Socket Weld (SW), Butt Weld (BW), NPT/BSP Threaded. Available in all standard flange ratings with flat face, raised face, and ring-type joint facings
