By accessing and using the African Valve website, mobile application, or any other related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

2. Products and Services

African Valve provides industrial valve solutions and related services. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time
• Change product descriptions, specifications, and prices without notice
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Require additional verification for large or unusual orders

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Wire transfers for approved accounts
• Company checks for established customers
• Purchase orders (subject to credit approval)

Payment terms are Net 30 days for approved accounts. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes
• You must inspect products upon receipt and report any damages within 48 hours

6. Warranty and Returns

All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Our return policy includes:

• Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service
• Products must be returned in original condition within 30 days
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Custom or special-order products are non-returnable
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Defective products will be replaced or repaired at no charge when reported within the warranty period.

7. Technical Specifications and Suitability

While we strive to provide accurate technical specifications, it is your responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for your intended application. We recommend consulting with our technical team or qualified engineers before making purchasing decisions, especially for critical applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, African Valve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of African Valve or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
