Class 150 / PN20, Class 300 / PN50, Class 600 / PN100, Class 900 / PN150. Hydrostatic shell and seat test at 1.5×PN. Conforms to BS 1873 and API 600.
Temperature Range
-29°C to 425°C. Metal seats maintain sealing at elevated temperatures. Gaskets rated for full temperature range.

Body: Cast steel ASTM A216 WCB

radiographically inspected. Disc: Solid wedge

Connection Type
Flanged ends per BS 10 Table D/E, raised face (RF). Flanges forged to ASTM A105 or equivalent, drilled according to class/PN. Compatible with standard industrial pipeline bolting per ASME B16.5.
