Working Pressure: ANSI Class 150-300 (PN10-PN40): Class 150 (232 PSI), Class 300 (720 PSI). Vacuum capability to full rated pressure. Actuator: 80-120 PSI air supply with manual override
Temperature Range
Service Temperature: -40°C to 120°C (-40°F to 248°F) with EPDM seat. Viton extends range to 200°C (392°F). Metal seat option up to 482°C (900°F). Actuator: -40°C to 80°C ambient
Material Construction
Body: Ductile iron ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12 with wafer design
Disc: 316 stainless steel with precision machined bore and streamlined profile
Shaft: 17-4PH stainless steel with torque transmission keys
Seat: EPDM or Viton elastomer with replaceable design
Actuator: Pneumatic rack and pinion with position feedback
Bearings: Bronze bushings with grease fittings
