Working Pressure: ANSI Class 150-600 (PN16-PN100): Class 150 (275 PSI), Class 300 (720 PSI), Class 600 (1440 PSI). Three-way configuration with bidirectional sealing. Actuator: 80-120 PSI air supply
Temperature Range
Service Temperature: -40°C to 200°C (-40°F to 392°F) with PTFE seats. Metal seats extend range to 454°C (850°F). Cryogenic service available to -196°C (-320°F)
Material Construction
Body: Stainless steel 316 ASTM A351 CF8M with T-port or L-port ball configuration
Ball: 316 stainless steel with precision lapped sealing surfaces
Stem: 17-4PH stainless steel with anti-blowout design
Seats: PTFE with spring energizer or metal seats
Actuator: Pneumatic rack and pinion with position indication
End Connections: Flanged or threaded
Connection Type
Wafer type (EN 593) between standard flanges
