Pneumatic Actuated Lug Butterfly Valve is a combination of the lug butterfly valve and the pneumatic actuator and provides fast quarter-turn opening and closing action through the use of compressed air. Due to the lug body construction, it allows the valve to be bolted straight between pipeline flanges, thus being appropriate for use in those places where one part of the pipeline requires servicing without the necessity of servicing of the other part. When in use, the compressed air operates the pneumatic actuator that turns the disc by 90 degrees.. The valve comprises lug body construction, precision machined disk, stem, seat made up of either elastomeric material or metal, bearing, ISO 5211 flange mount, and pneumatic actuator.
