For highly corrosive chemical and process services, Alloy 20 Ball Valves in South Africa, offer material properties suited to environments involving sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and chloride-bearing media. Alloy 20, designated UNS N08020 / Werkstoff No. 2.4660, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum and copper additions. Cast valve components can be manufactured to ASTM A351 Grade CN7M for applicable services.
