Titanium Butterfly Valve

Where compact quarter-turn isolation is required in corrosive service, Titanium Butterfly Valve Manufacturer in Egypt, African Valve provides wafer, lug and flanged butterfly valves with titanium body, disc or wetted-component configurations. Titanium Grade 2 (UNS R50400) is commonly used where corrosion resistance is the primary consideration, while other grades may be selected where additional mechanical strength is required.

The disc rotates through approximately 90° between the open and closed positions, providing efficient isolation with a compact valve arrangement and relatively low pressure drop when fully open. Seat, shaft, stem and sealing materials are selected for compatibility with the process medium, temperature and pressure.

These valves are particularly relevant to Egypt's seawater desalination and coastal water-treatment infrastructure, where seawater exposure places demanding requirements on valve materials.
