Inconel Ball Valve

Inconel ball valves provide quarter-turn isolation for severe environments where corrosion resistance, high-temperature capability or mechanical strength exceeds the practical range of conventional stainless steels. Inconel 718 is primarily selected where high mechanical strength is required at elevated temperatures. Valve construction can include metal or soft seats, with ball, stem and other wetted components selected according to the process chemistry and temperature. Floating designs are commonly used for smaller and moderate-size isolation duties, while trunnion-mounted designs are suitable for higher-pressure and larger-bore applications.
