Industrial process, petrochemical and high-temperature piping systems require valves capable of maintaining mechanical strength and corrosion resistance under demanding operating conditions. African Valve, an Incoloy Valves Manufacturer in Nigeria, provides Incoloy valves designed for reliable isolation and flow control in high-temperature and corrosive applications. Incoloy is a family of nickel-iron-chromium alloys, with grades such as Incoloy 800, 800H, 800HT, 825 and 901 selected according to temperature, pressure and process chemistry.
Incoloy Valves Features
- High-temperature strength - Suitable for elevated-temperature service
- Oxidation resistance - Protects against high-temperature oxidation
- Corrosion resistance - Suitable for selected corrosive environments
- Carburization resistance - Useful in selected thermal-processing services
- High mechanical strength - Supports pressure-containing applications
- Thermal stability - Suitable for prolonged elevated-temperature exposure
- Reliable isolation - Provides dependable pipeline shut-off
- Multiple alloy grades - Incoloy 800, 800H, 800HT, 825 and 901, depending on service

Materials & Components
Incoloy valves may use Incoloy 800, 800H, 800HT or 825 for applicable body, bonnet, disc, ball and other wetted components. Stems, shafts and trim may use Incoloy, nickel alloys or compatible stainless steels. Graphite, PTFE, RPTFE or metal seats can be selected according to temperature and service, with flexible graphite or PTFE-based packing and graphite, PTFE or spiral-wound gaskets. Material selection depends on the fluid, temperature, pressure, thermal cycling and oxidation conditions.
