Duplex Plug Valve

For rapid isolation of process lines carrying corrosive or contaminated fluids, Duplex Plug Valve Manufacturer in Nigeria can provide quarter-turn plug valve configurations with corrosion-resistant duplex stainless steel components. Duplex grades such as UNS S31803/S32205 can be selected where a combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical strength is required, while super duplex grades such as UNS S32750 or S32760 may be considered for more severe chloride-bearing environments. The plug rotates approximately 90° between the open and closed positions, allowing quick shut-off and a relatively direct flow passage when fully open.

Depending on the valve design, lubricated or non-lubricated plug arrangements and different seating materials can be selected to suit chemical, petrochemical, water-treatment and other industrial services.
