Zirconium Gate Valve

For highly corrosive process isolation, zirconium offers a material option where resistance to aggressive chemical environments is a major design consideration. In Nigeria, Zirconium Gate Valve Manufacturers can configure gate valves with Zirconium 702 or Zirconium 705, depending on the required corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Gate valves are primarily intended for full-flow isolation rather than continuous throttling, allowing the gate to move out of the flow path when fully open.

Zirconium is particularly considered for selected acid-handling and chemical-processing services where conventional alloys may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.
