PN10-PN40 (Class 150-300): PN10 (10 bar/150 PSI), PN16 (16 bar/230 PSI), PN25 (25 bar/360 PSI), PN40 (40 bar/580 PSI). Suitable for bi-directional service with full pressure differential
Temperature Range
EPDM Seats: -40°C to 110°C (-40°F to 230°F). NBR Seats: -10°C to 80°C (14°F to 176°F). Viton Seats: -15°C to 200°C (5°F to 392°F). Metal seats available for high temperature service up to 400°C (752°F)
Material Construction
Body: Ductile iron GGG40 (ASTM A536) wafer-style with precision machined seating surface
Disc: Ductile iron with Ni-resist coating or 316 stainless steel
Stem: 416 stainless steel with blow-out proof design
Seat: EPDM elastomer with molded-in backup ring
Bushing: PTFE or bronze
Hardware: 316 stainless steel
Connection Type
End Connections: RF Flanged (ANSI B16.5), RTJ Flanged, Socket Weld, Butt Weld, NPT Threaded. Available in standard flange ratings with flat face, raised face, and RTJ facings
