Inverted Bucket Steam Trap

Inverted Bucket Steam Trap

African Valve is premium Inverted Steam Trap Supplier Egypt. It is a type of mechanical steam trap used in steam systems to remove condensate (water) and non-condensable gases from the steam lines while preventing steam loss. It operates on the principle of buoyancy and utilizes a float mechanism to open and close the trap. As condensate collects in the trap it opens a valve mechanism, allowing condensate and non-condensable gases to be discharged from the system. When the condensate level decreases, the float descends, closing the valve and preventing the escape of steam. Inverted Steam Trap has ability to handle high condensate loads and maintain continuous drainage. The float mechanism allows for quick response to changes in condensate levels, ensuring efficient removal without any delay. The inverted orientation of the trap also reduces the risk of steam leakage, as the valve remains closed when there is no condensate present.

A Inverted Steam Trap has the ability to handle high condensate loads and maintain continuous drainage. The float mechanism allows for quick response to changes in condensate levels, ensuring efficient removal without any delay. The inverted orientation of the trap also reduces the risk of steam leakage, as the valve remains closed when there is no condensate present. This makes them suitable for industries including process industries, heating systems, and steam distribution networks.
