Function & Working

A butterfly valve controls flow using a rotating disc mounted on a central shaft. When turned 90 degrees, the disc either blocks or allows media to pass through. This simple mechanism enables fast opening and closing, minimal pressure drop, and easy automation for large diameter lines.
