Liquid trapped between closed valves can develop excessive pressure when exposed to rising temperatures. Even a small increase in temperature may generate significant pressure in a completely filled section of pipe. Being a Thermal Safety Valve Supplier in Egypt, African Valve supplies valves which protects the system by automatically releasing a controlled quantity of liquid when pressure exceeds the specified setpoint.
The valve typically operates through a spring-loaded mechanism. As system pressure rises above the set pressure, the valve opens to discharge excess liquid into a designated relief system. Once the pressure falls sufficiently, the spring returns the disc to its seat, restoring the seal without manual intervention.
